4/10 schedule, 1st shift, 5:00am - 3:30pm

We are seeking a full time Senior Inventory & Receiving Specialist. Responsibilities will include directing daily work assignments, communicating up and down within the team and other departments, and assisting with supporting the Assembly, Integration, and Test team priorities. Position will include training of other specialists on staff, providing feedback for areas of improvement, and monitoring the day-to-day work operations. We are looking for team members that are excited about being part of a close-knit team of individuals. Must be passionate about space systems and have the desire to continuously learn and improve.
QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ experience in inventory, receiving and/or logistics operations
- Prior experience working within ERP systems
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage constantly changing priorities and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understand and utilize Company internal barcoding system
- Strong time management skills
- Previous experience working with ESD-sensitive hardware
- Help coordinate cycle counts and inventory audits accurately and in a timely manner
DESIRED
- Previous direct leadership experience
- 4+ years of data input experience
