Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking Mission Assurance Process Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the Sentinel (GBSD) Program. This position will be located in Roy, UT.
This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You'll get to do:
Lead a team of engineers and analysts to review processes, procedures, and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Review practices, procedures and processes seeking avenues to improve efficiency and effectiveness and reduce risk to product quality.
Lead Program level Preventative/Corrective Action Board (PCAB)
Facilitate root cause, corrective action analysis for program quality escapes and customer complaints.
Develop and track metrics to identify improvement areas across the Sentinel program.
Ensure compliance with contract program, quality, organizational, and industry alert requirements.
Define and monitor mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors from an accredited institution with minimum of 5 years of experience, or Masters with 3 years of experience or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
2 years of experience improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness
1 year of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
1 year Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) Experience
Active DoD Secret Clearance (adjudicated in the last 5 years) with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Six Sigma or Lean training
Experience in ICBMs or Aerospace programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Salary Range: $99,400.00 - $149,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
