＜職務内容/役割・責任＞ 

宇宙のゴミの捕獲、操作、除去を可能にするために、無人宇宙船に統合されるロボット制御システムを開発する。 基本的な業務は以下の通りである。 

• 運動制御、位置制御、軌道生成などのロボット制御アルゴリズムを設計、実装する。 
• センシング技術とアクチュエータを統合する最適なロボット制御アーキテクチャを設計、実装する。 
• ロボットシステムと他の衛星サブシステムとのインタフェースを調整、設計し、実装または実装支援を行う。  
• 開発パートナー/共同開発者やサプライヤーと連携し、技術仕様を策定する。 
• コンポーネントおよびシステムレベルのテストを計画し、実施またはテストエンジニアを支援する。 
• 他のエンジニアやプロジェクトメンバと協力して、プロジェクトの目標達成に向けて作業を行う。 

＜必須スキル＞ 

• 8年以上のロボットに関するプログラミング経験（C++、Python等） 
• ロボティクスの基礎知識（アクチュエータ、多関節アーム等） 
• 古典制御に関する基礎知識 
• ソフトウェア開発リーダー経験 
• 技術文書を理解するための英語読解力 

＜望ましいスキル＞ 

• ROSを使った開発経験 
• CD/CI（継続的デリバリー／継続的インテグレーション）の経験 
• アジャイル開発の経験 
• MATLAB、Simulink、Simscapeを使った開発経験 
• ロボット競技会への参加経験

＜Key activities / role and resposibilities>

Develop a robot control system that will be integrated into unmanned spacecraft to enable the capture, manipulation, and removal of space debris. The basic job responsibilities include: 

• Designing and implementing robot control algorithms such as motion control, position control, and trajectory generation. 
• Designing and implementing optimal robot control architectures that integrate sensing technologies and actuators. 
• Coordinating, designing, and implementing or supporting the implementation of interfaces between the robot subsystem and other satellite subsystems. 
• Collaborating with development partners/co-developers and suppliers to establish technical specifications. 
• Plan and conduct component and system-level tests or provide support to test engineers. 
• Collaborating with other engineers and project members to work towards achieving project objectives. 

<Mandatory> 

• 8 years of robot-related programming experience (C++, Python, etc.)  
• Basic knowledge of robotics (actuator, multi-joint arm)  
• Basic knowledge of classic control theory 
• Experience as a software development leader  
• Proficiency in English reading comprehension to understand technical documentation

• Development experience using ROS  

• Experience with CD/CI (Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration)  
• Experience with agile development  
• Development experience using MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape  
• Participation in robot competitions
