This position requires attention to detail, the confidence to jump in and construct technical documents very quickly and with minimal supervision, the spirit to explore and champion fresh communication ideas, and an enthusiasm to shape our library of “how-to” material. • Conceptualize technical visuals (for example, block diagrams, complex tables, infographics, How-To videos, etc.) to help engage readers and convey highly technical information in a friendly way. Coordinate design with our graphic artist.
  • Precisely format content in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint (using templates and styles).
  • Edit internal and external content to ensure that it upholds our branding, style, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members on publication deliverables and assignments.
  • Select or recommend use of layouts, visuals, tables, charts, etc. to amplify or clarify publications objectives.
