The Talent Management and Analytics Team is a hardworking group of diverse human resource specialists supporting Talent Management, Compensation, and Workforce Planning. In this role you will help ensure data integrity by cleaning, harmonizing, and establishing processes to enable the business to make data-driven people decisions.
This position will be a strong fit for someone who is ready to dive into understanding, refining, and implementing process improvements across HR’s data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with multi-functional teams to understand use cases and gather requirements to design, and build frameworks for data.
- Partner with other analytics teams, to leverage capabilities across Blue, in the development and deployment of talent analytics (e.g., ET, HR analytics partners, business analytics teams, external vendors)
- Develop or enhance existing process flows to document required steps for maintaining, creating, or closing certain data properties
- Partner with Data compliance team to establish audit reports

Qualifications:
- Self-starter attitude and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong process facilitation, project management and analytical skills
- 2+ years applied work in HR Analytics with foundational understanding of talent data
- Bachelor or Master degree in a field of science, mathematics, business or equivalent field
- Proficiency in Excel
- Passionate about data quality
- Consultative in approach with the business and key collaborators, able to translate and harmonize business requirements to provide recommendations on process improvements or design
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

- Excellent team skills and a strong communicator, both verbally and written
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (Workday)
- Be a critical thinking with a passion for solving complex problems alongside teammates

Benefits
Employee Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave (must be employed at time of birth or adoption), short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program available after 1 year of service.
Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays for all regular employees (including part-time), fixed-term, and interns.
Discretionary bonus: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
