The Talent Management and Analytics Team is a hardworking group of diverse human resource specialists supporting Talent Management, Compensation, and Workforce Planning. In this role you will help to build our HR analytics and research strategy from the ground up, using data and analytics to drive more effective decisions and improve the employee experience across Blue Origin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build from concept to visualization or analysis based on defined user requirements using necessary tools (Visier, Tableau, Excel, R, Python)
- Use both quantitative and qualitative data and descriptive and statistical approaches to complete analyses and provide interpretation of findings and ideas for action.
- Partner with multi-functional teams to understand use cases and gather requirements to design, and build frameworks for data and application integration
- Partner with other analytics teams, to leverage capabilities across Blue, in the development and deployment of talent analytics (e.g., ET, HR analytics partners, business analytics teams, external vendors)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years applied work in HR Analytics with foundational understanding of talent data
- Bachelors degree in a field of science or business (e.g., industrial organizational psychology, applied statistics, behavioral science, or behavioral economics) or equivalent
- Expertise in descriptive and predictive analytics, dashboard design, survey analysis, communication, and implementation
- Consultative in approach with the business and key collaborators, able to translate data into recommended insights and actions
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
- Advanced expertise in a field related to talent (e.g., industrial organizational psychology, applied statistics, behavioral science, or behavioral economics)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities
- Excellent team skills and a strong communicator, both verbally and written
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (Workday)
- Proficiency in at least one statistics program (SPSS, R, SAS, Python, etc.)
- Advanced Statistics (ANOVAs, Regressions, HLM, longitudinal data analysis, factor analysis, IRT, cluster analysis or SEM/Path Analysis)

Benefits
Employee Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave (must be employed at time of birth or adoption), short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program available after 1 year of service.
Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays for all regular employees (including part-time), fixed-term, and interns.
Discretionary bonus: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
