EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for Information Systems Analyst in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position is located at our Germantown, MD office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business, sales, and IT teams to assess and address product quality, using software development life cycle principles such as defining system requirements, product quality management, testing and defect management.
• Work with software development team to interpret data, apply data governance and maintain data integrity, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide reports.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing using Jira as the test management tool.
• Gather business requirements and convert to system requirements and lead launch and customer onboarding.
• Create project plans, analyze, and mitigate projects risks, and define project scope.

Basic Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration in Information Systems or closely related field plus 24 months' experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience must include 24 months' experience with each of the following: Confluence, SoapUI, MySQL, UAT, and Scrum and Agile methodologies. Also requires 12 months of experience in Jira, Salesforce, technical process improvement, and requirements gathering and analysis.

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
