Your Mission on the Team:
- Develop the storytelling, brand, and sales enablement initiatives that elevate the company profile and drive business growth
- Lead content, event campaigns, and digital media initiatives across the organization
- Immerse yourself in SpinLaunch’s technology and product lines, identifying key opportunities to support brand development, credibility, and growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, & Business Development on sales enablement efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with high impact product initiatives
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5+ years in B2B marketing experience, ideally in the technology or aerospace industry
- Experience with content, event, and social media management
- Ability to understand and define the assets needed for brand engagement, enablement, and unification
- Excellent copy-writing skills
- Keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and structure your time effectively
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, “get it done” environment, and take pride in being an excellent teammate
- Ability to speak confidently and clearly about your ideas with stakeholders and support your thoughts with conviction, while being open to differing perspectives and viewpoints
- Highly creative and innovative thought-leader
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00
The base salary offered to a successful candidate will be determined on a case-by-case basis and influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and scope of the position.
ITAR Requirements
SpinLaunch is required by the U.S. Government to comply with various space technology export regulations including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (“green card holder”) or a protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
