Description:Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company is looking for a Configuration Management Analyst to be part of the Facilities Construction Management team.
This role will be assisting in defining, implementing, monitoring and fully executing configuration management processes for accurate control of the facilities documentation.

Responsibilities include:
• Configuration control and management of Engineering designs, Specifications, Supplier Data, and Correspondence.
This support would require
o Assigning documentation numbers,
o Attending meetings,
o Documenting meeting minutes,
o Baselining products,
o Maintaining a CM controlled Library (electronic and hardcopy),
o Tracking in-work data/status,
o Providing metrics and status.
• Various electronic tools will be used to track and control the documentation and maintain the status accounting records. Access controls will be implemented to maintain integrity of the data.
Knowledge working with hardware/facilities would be beneficial,
This position will work closely with the Facilities construction management team.
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to work with Data/Documentation Control and/or Management
• Ability to manage supplier or vendor data
• Experience with MS Office Suite, Excel and/ or database tools
• Experience with planning, coordinating, and providing status to individuals and teams
• Experience with supporting multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Skills:
• Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration platform
• Ability to work with hardware or facilities configuration management
• Ability to work with Baseline/Change Management
• Metrics and Status presentation
• Affinity with electronic tools
• Experienced in Correspondence Control
• Background in construction or facilities
• Experience standing up a configuration document control system and selecting appropriate tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $99,800 - $187,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $86,700 - $166,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
