Northrop Grumman Space Systems is currently seeking an experienced engineer to support Systems Engineer team on the GPI Program in our Chandler, AZ office.

In this role the selected candidate will be responsible for system modeling and development of requirements within the Cameo Architecture Environment.  The selected candidate will have experience developing functional analyses, requirements allocation, and defining operational parameters in a SysML tool. As part of the GPI team the selected candidate will work with senior engineers to develop functional architecture and validate that subsystem and component level requirements provide adequate performance to meet system level performance requirements.

Typical Roles:

Development and Maintenance of the System Architecture

Development of Functional Diagrams

Development of Operational Diagrams

Generation, review, and disposition of engineering analyses to support system and subsystem development.

Specification and requirements management using DOORS and Cameo

Minimum Job Requirements

Requires a BS in Engineering plus 2 years related experience; Masters degree plus 0 years of experience.

US Citizenship is Required

Full Secret Clearance is required for this position

Demonstrated Systems Engineering Experience is required for this position

Demonstrated ability to work within the Cameo Tool Suite is required for this position

Demonstrated understanding of functional architecture is required for this position

Demonstrated understanding of the Agile Methodology is required for this position

Strong Oral and Written communication skills are required

Salary Range: $73,400.00 - $110,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
