Junior Legal Counsel

• You advise our management and specialist departments comprehensively in all legal areas relevant to Mynaric, especially in the areas of general ABC compliance and the correct handling of classified information (Geheimschutz) according to national and international standards.  
• You coordinate all compliance activities within the group of companies. This will include, among other things, design and roll-out of training and awareness-raising measures, aiming at creating a state-of-the-art compliance program and, ultimately, establishing a company culture where compliance is the foundation of our daily doing.   
• You design and implement processes which ensure the organization complies with national and international security standards applicable to classified information.    
• You review and draft contracts in an international environment.

   

• You are a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or business lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist).  
• You have gained relevant professional experience in an international law firm or as an inhouse counsel.  
• You also have relevant knowledge in the areas of ABC compliance and international contract law; practical experience in the field of handling classified information is be desirable but not a must.  
• In addition, you have a strong business acumen and see yourself as an enabler by developing solutions outside of the box.  
• You are characterized by a hands-on, result-oriented and reliable approach and enjoy working on interdisciplinary teams.  
• You are convincing due to your confident appearance as well as your negotiation skills, also in an intercultural environment.  
• Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
