Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Real Estate is seeking to hire a Regional Corporate Real Estate Planner to be based out of our offices in either Dubai or Singapore. This role will drive our Global Real Estate, Enterprise Services Strategy and support the Middle East and Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and evaluates Company trends and develops real property strategies in support of Asset Utilization initiatives.

• Integrates and leads Company-wide real property initiatives, product development plans, directives and business case scenarios.

• Initiates and leads Business Partner headcount projections and business plans to enable Real Property forecasting.

• Manages and communicate multiple complex strategies, schedules, budgets to complete Boeing initiatives and BP requirements.

• Identify options to support requirements including issues, opportunities and risks.

• Integrates and presents proposals to stakeholders and sponsors.

• Lead and analyze regional and enterprise initiatives, site studies, and Business Partner strategies to develop and communicate proposals and recommendations.

• Lead asset use strategies based on evaluation of site capabilities, manufacturing and technology forecasts.

• Leads integrated site baseline strategy creation and ensures LRBP funding is in plan to support plan.

• Interacts with internal and external organizations, senior level management and government agencies to identify and assess impact to business operating plans.

• Acts as an internal consultant recommending courses of action based on facts and data.

• Leads the creation of short term and long-range facilities plans in support of stakeholder requirements.

• Application of real property transactions and development principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

• Acts as a company subject matter expert and external spokesman on real estate project management assignments.

• Contributes to the development of new real estate project management processes, concepts, practices and principles.

• Demonstrates positive attitude towards change and eager to lead transformation (change agent)

Basic Qualification (Required Qualifications):

• At least 12+ years of working experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field, such as Business Studies, Real estate Planning, Project Management etc.

• Experience with real estate project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proposal development and contract negotiation

• Experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD programs

• Experience operating in a cross-functional team

• Experience with high level strategy and program plans

• Experience developing long range business plans

• Experienced in Project Management and successful project delivery.

• Experience developing and presenting presentations to executive leadership

• Experience with MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
