Requirements
ALL.SPACE ground breaking antenna technology team is looking for an experienced RF Systems Engineer in our US office. Ideal candidate will have minimum of 7 years experience in RF Satcom Antenna design and or antenna system integration/testing of new system designs. The RF Systems Engineer will be the technical point of contact to oversee the technical development of antenna projects and subsystems. Strong communication skills required to be able to clearly explain technical information during customer presentations, presentations to program leadership and suppliers. Some travel will be required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• The RF Systems Engineer will be the technical point of contact to oversee the technical development and testing of Electronically Steered Antennas (ESA) and communication systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information during customer presentations, presentations to program leadership and interfacing with program partners, both technical and non-technical groups
• Must be highly organized and self motivated, with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision
• Must be a team player, willing to work across traditional boundaries, helping a small team succeed
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have / or have the ability to obtain, a DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience in RF system design, integration, test, and evaluation of designs and configurations
• Experience with Satcom Antenna design and integration of those systems into platforms
• Experience with requirements development and conducting trade studies
• Experience with MIL-STD 810 and 461 design, testing and compliance. DO-160 experience desired
• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (engineering, physics, math, etc)
