Your mission

Your job will include assembling both the engines and the complete rocket. This includes the following fields of activity, among others:

  • High-precision assembly of the space components
  • Machining of carbon fiber composites
  • Testing or measuring electrical and mechanical internals
  • Testing of individual components and complete assemblies
  • Working under high cleanliness requirements
  • Documentation and forwarding of deviations
  • Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and quality guidelines
  • Assistance in continuous process improvement
  • Support with test setups

Who you are and what you have

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, specializing in production engineering, maintenance engineering or comparable training in accordance with the requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of aviation and/or aerospace
  • Knowledge of gas/fluid bolting techniques
  • Good drawing skills, spatial awareness and a good technical understanding
  • Willingness for occasional assembly work at different locations
  • High quality awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and in a team
  • High motivation to take on complex challenges
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
