Unless explicitly notified otherwise, our vacancies are covered by Export Control Laws which require candidates to be from an "Export Safe" Country as deemed by the Japanese Government. <職務内容/役割・責任＞

プロジェクトマネジャ-として、以下に代表されるプロジェクトマネジメントの活動を主体的に実施する。
- 複雑なエンジニアリングを伴う、宇宙ミッションの設計および納入に責任を持つ。当該目的を達成するために、関連する他プロジェクトおよびエンジニアリングチームと密に協業する。
- プロジェクトレビューゲート（審査会等）を計画・開催し、成果物の制作およびマネジメントを実施する。
- 各プロジェクトに適したバランスの品質・コスト・スケジュール・リスクを定義し、計画したアウトプットを納入する。
- 当社ビジネスをサポートするための、ミッションコンセプトスタディーや入札に対して、プロジェクト側からのインプットを生成・提供する。
- プロジェクトおよび入札等をサポートするために、顧客・サプライヤー・パートナーとの窓口を務め、良好な関係を維持する。
その他、上長より指示を受けた業務について、遂行する。

＜必須スキル＞

エンジニアリング、プロジェクトあるいはプログラムマネジメントにおける、5年以上の経験
プロジェクトマネジメントに必要なスキルセット（例：納入、スケジュール、コスト管理、リスクマネジメント）
システムズエンジニアリングチームと密に協業した経験
発展途上の組織での様々なチャレンジに楽しみながら取り組めるマインドセット
日本語を母国語とする、あるいはJLPT N1相当の日本語能力
TOEIC スコア700以上、あるいは同等の英語能力を有すること（スコアの提出は不要）

＜望ましいスキル＞

要求定義から検証、納入、初期運用、ミッション運用までのフルミッションサイクルの経験
宇宙機のサブシステムチーム（例：Guidance Navigation Control (GNC / AOCS)、 Command & Data Handing (C&DH / OBDH)、 Propulsion、 Software、 Ground Segment、 Operations）と協業した経験
宇宙機の組立・試験に関わった経験
サプライヤーマネジメントあるいは製品調達の経験
デブリ除去、EOL (End-of-Life)、軌道上サービスに関する基本的な知識

＜key activities / role and responsibilities＞

Actively fulfill the following (but not limited to) project-related tasks as a project manager:
- Responsibility for the design and delivery of space missions (or aspects thereof) on complex engineering projects. To be achieved via the coordination of matrixed project / engineering teams.
- Planning and delivery of project review gates, including management and production of associated deliverables.
- Definition and maintenance of an appropriate balance of quality, cost, schedule, and risk, whilst delivering projects and their associated outputs.
- Generation of project inputs to mission concept studies and bid work, in support of the wider business.
- Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and programme partners as necessary in support of project, bids, or similar activities.
Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

＜Mandatory ＞

5+ years’ experience in engineering, project or programme management
‘Technical’ project management skillset (delivery, schedule, financial, risk management, etc)
Experience working closely with Systems Engineering teams
Mindset to enjoy various challenges in a developing organization
Japanese Native, or equivalent to JLPT N1
English Skill TOEIC 700+ or equivalent

＜Desirable ＞

Full mission lifecycle experience from requirements definition to verification, delivery, commissioning, and operations
Experience working with spacecraft sub-system functional teams such as Guidance Navigation Control (GNC / AOCS), Command & Data Handing (C&DH / OBDH), Propulsion, Software, Ground Segment, Operations, etc.
Awareness of Assembly Integration and Verification processes
Experience of supplier management or unit procurement
A basic knowledge of debris removal, EOL (end-of-life), in-orbit maintenance or servicing
