This role is based out of our Washington DC office. Spire operates a hybrid in-office schedule and candidates must be able and willing to work 3x per week out of our Washington, DC office (located in Tyson's Corner, VA). 

The Role:

As Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you will establish the process and insights to both drive and predict recurring revenues and customers for life at Spire at Maritime working with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams. This position will be in-office at our Washington DC office to collaborate with our Director of Inside sales, account, and business development representatives.

  • Use data and analysis to provide actionable insights on our marketing funnel from lead to bookings to renewal and upsell. Strong analytical skills with clear communication that motivates action and improvement.
  • Provide leadership and management of the demand generation and account based marketing team accountable for marketing-sourced inbound sales and marketing-influenced outbound activities for both direct and channel sales.
  • Innovate and develop new channels or programs to drive growth in customers including Search Engine Optimization, field marketing, partner/channel, and referral marketing.
  • Develop the revenue projection and models that help drive our investments and reliable commitments to sales and the company.
  • Lead outbound and account-based marketing. In coordination with the inside and global accounts sales teams, develop strategies, campaigns, and content for driving engagement and bookings with a targeted list of accounts and contacts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, and account-based marketing.
  • Track record of driving growth in revenue and responsibility for forecasting, driving, and growing revenue of at least $10m or more per year.
  • Strong analytical skills for A/B & multivariate testing, measuring customer acquisition costs and measuring unit economics to drive growth and profitability.
  • Experience building a brand-new marketing channel to scale and profitability.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. You can explain issues clearly, simply, and succinctly.
  • Growth mindset, you must stay current on growth marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in business and team management.
  • Agile approach to marketing with measurable outcomes, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
  • Hustle, you deliver and execute with a high level of output and results and are relentless and tireless about driving growth and results.
  • You can influence and motivate others, work cross-functionality, and lead by example. You have either directly managed or cross-functionally led teams of +2 or more on mission-critical or revenue-driving objectives.

Access to US export controlled software and/or technology may be required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,500 to $171,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for commissions and annual equity awards. This role is also eligible for our employee benefits program, including vacation, sick, and personal time off; optional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; a 401(K) plan; health and wellness reimbursement program; and participation in Spire’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.#LI-JP1
